Executive Home Care of Manassas is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional On-Call Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults who wish to remain safely in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to doctor’s appointments and errands
- Grocery shopping
- Companionship and social engagement
- Monitor client safety and report any concerns
- Document care provided according to company policy
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (PCA, CNA, HHA, or equivalent)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
